{ EONA Challenge #4 }

I decided to play along with Allison and Sue's Everything Old is New Again Challenge this week. I really liked the sketch. So I started to look at my old stamps that were 'MUST' haves back when and I decided to pick my Hanna - But I want it... set. When Hanna stamps first came out I loved them. I just thought Hanna's hair would be so much fun to color. Well... quite honestly I think I only used this stamp once or twice. One of the reasons may be that she is so big. I never realized how big this image was until I made this card. Well, I guess maybe just for this sketch. I could not use a regular sized card, so this one is HUGH... 5.5 X 8.5...yup...a big one. And kinda lousy. I am not thrilled with this one. It is just so big...maybe not the best choice in DP for this image and that flower?!? Then again the pic is not the best either! ;0) I don't know...what do you think? Oh well...at least I got the challenge done, right?

{ MojoMonday #124 }

Wow! Look at me. I actually got this weeks MojoMonday posted on time! Woohoo for me! ;0)

I decided to look through my already colored images for this one. The image...Pretty Head Lily by TGF... is a little big for the sketch, but I think it still works.

I am off this weekend, but have a busy one planned. My youngest turns 7 next week. So I have bday invites to get done up for the party in two weeks. Then I have about 3+ dozen Valentines to get done...the youngest has a bday party to go to tomorrow, then take her sister out for lunch and shopping to buy her sister a bday present...and of course clean the house at some point this weekend...maybe...I know, I know...not that busy...I just like to whine!

{ Calgal Challenge }

2 posts in one day! Must be feeling guilty for not posting in awhile!

Just thought I would share my Calgal challenge from Friday night. Although we did not get a lot accomplished on Friday, I did manage to color this image and then I finished the card using Allison's sketch earlier this week. You can see Allison's sketch and my original creation HERE...now here is my newest creation using the sketch...

I love this image from TGF. This one is from the Hope & Grace line, called Sing. She is too cute. Not too sure about this card, but it is okay.

I am off to read a bit before I head off to bed. I started reading a new series...finished the first one this week and started on #2 today. I have number 3 on hold at the library and thought I better look up #4 to see how many holds are on it. I could not find it! So I went back to my list on GoodReads. OMG!! It does not come out until April!! Ahh Man!! I hate that! Oh well...at least it is not like another year until it comes out. If you are interested...check out my sidebar and see what I'm reading. { TGF CHA Relay #1 }

I so hate coming up with blog post titles!! ;0)

Just thought I would share my first creation for the TGF CHA Relay. The relay began on Monday this week and was to continue each day until today. However, due to the overwhelming entries on this contest, they had to stop it 3 days into the challenge. It was still fun and I ended up with 4 new TGF images to play with. So thank you to all the ladies over at TGF for all the hard work on this one!

This first image was a freebie to everyone on day #1...you can still get it off TGF blog...

He was very fun to color and I look forward to making more with him and possibly getting him and Mermaid Anya together someday.

Well...I am off to clean up and take a shower. Was not feeling great last night and still feeling a little foggy. I am off to Shannon's tonight for CALGALs(see my sidebar), so hopefully I can get myself in better shape for stampin' tonight.

{ Deer Friend }

Good morning to you all. Well, looks like it is going to warm up a bit, but also looks like we are in for a bit more snow too. I really need to win the Lotto so that I can pack up and head off somewhere warm and sunny for a bit. I am soooooo done with winter this year!! Oh well...


Today I have a card I made a few weeks ago. Allison had done up a sketch and posted it to an online group we both belong to and I managed to play with it.
























To be honest, I was not too sure I could do this one, but I am VERY happy with the way this one turned out! Thanks Allison! And we are actually going to be using this same sketch tomorrow night at our January CALGAL(see my sidebar) night.























I love this little deer image...Forest Friends from TGF! Well...I think I might try and play a bit today.

{ Puppy Love! }

This weekend I spent some crafty time with my friend Dianne...in her new attic stamproom! I decided to just color some images, since it has been awhile since I just colored. I brought along my new Karen's Doodles images. So here is my first KD creation!

I absolutely LOVE this puppy. I kept telling Dianne...'I want this puppy'. I just love his eyes! Love the image, still not 100% sure on the card I made, but I love the puppy!

I will be heading on down to my stamproom later on tonight...I have to complete my next card for The Greeting Farm CHA Relay. I just found out about it late yesterday and sure hope I can complete each days challenge! By the end of the week I will have 6 new TGF images to play with woohoo! Even if I don't finish them I still have 2 new images now...so that is pretty cool.
