{ Ugh...what a day }

Okay...get set for some whining. I had a very lousy night last night. Another night of coughing...so bad I feel like I bruised my ribs...and so bad that I upset my stomach too...if that is possible. I feel like I had surgery or something...that's how bad my abs and ribs feel today. Okay...I'm done whining now...






















Just a quick post for ya tonight. This is a card I whipped up for my oldest who had a bday party to go to a few weeks ago. This one was for a BOY! Yikes! I hate boy cards! So I kept it simple, but I think it does the trick. I love this Ian image from TGF...even if I don't really know any skaters. ;0)

Well, I am really hoping that I feel better tomorrow so that I can get down to my stamp room and whip up my samples for this months Challenge! Cross your fingers for me, kay?

{ Happiness is... }

...definitely not this weather!! UGH! Okay...now it is gone, but this morning and most of the day it was snowing...yet again! Luckily it has warmed up so much over the past week that it did not stick around for long. I am really hoping that if anymore moisture arrives that it comes as rain...hopefully!

Thought I would share another new creation with ya. This one was done as a bday card for my friend Dianne and was also my take on MojoMonday # 77. I love these little skunks from The Angel Company. I don't use them enough!

I managed to create some cards over the weekend. I have a binder FULL of colored images that I REALLY need to use up. I have vowed to not color any new images until I use up at least half of my colored stock...which will take me awhile. You really have no idea how many I have...REALLY!! I received some new TGF images a few weeks ago and colored all 5 of the new The Wild Things images. So I used the same sketch and made 5 cards, plus made a bday card for my nephew and one more that is almost done. Yup...that's right! 7 cards in one weekend! That is pretty impressive considering I have not done any creating in weeks! I will admit that I do like most of them...however, there were a few that I was not overly thrilled with. I will let you be the judge when I get them posted.

{ Happy Easter All! }

Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter. We are playing it low key this year. No big family dinners this year...I am still not feeling great.

We are enjoying the beauiful spring weather here in Calgary though! Wish I had a picture, but imagine this one if you will...my oldest daughter...outside...tshirt and shorts...rubber boots...playing in the snow! It was a sight to behold! Too funny. Hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy some beautiful Spring weather as we are.

Here is a quick card for you. This was my card for my One Card Swap for March. This is a Swap list put on by the lovely Teri. Be sure to check out her blog if you would like to play along. She usually has the sign up post on her blog during the last week of the month. This was my first creation using the lovely Geisha Anya. I was not thrilled with this one, but it is growing on me. I am just not too sure about my color choice. I hope my Swap partner enjoyed it though.

{ Spring has finally Sprung! }

Or at least I hope it has! It has been quite nice so far this week. We are suppose to possibly get some thunderstorms tomorrow...if you can believe that? But, I will take a thunderstorm over a snowstorm anyday!

Thanks to everyone for the well wishes. I am still feeling quite lousy, but from what I have heard...this bug is one that drags on, but I am hoping not. I will survive...just might have to whine and complain a lot in the meantime though! ;0)

Here is another Greeting Farm image for ya. This one is a digi image called 'Pretty Head Lily'. I love these Digi Images! You get them right away and they are really inexpensive...what could be better?? This card was done for MojoMonday #69...just never got around to posting it!

{ Get Well Soon }

I am thinkin' about giving this one to myself. ;0) Feeling kinda lousy today. Hubby, myself and our youngest have had the sniffles, headaches, sneazin' for the past few days and today I just feel really lousy. Hopefully I can get rid of it this weekend...cause these sinus headaches really suck!

Enough of my whining...onto the card.

I used MojoMonday #2 as my inspiration for this card. I can not bring up the link right now, but I will post it once I can get it. I just LOVE this Riley image. He is just too cute!

Well, I am off to the couch for a bit...maybe try and get some Mojo going and get downstairs to my stamp room today...it has been about 2 weeks since I last stamped!
