Just thought I would share all the goodies I received from my family for my bday today! My mom spoiled me with a bunch of stampin' goodies. Now there might be something missing. I actually put everything away before I took the pic...so I had to try and remember everything! There was also a ton of DP, but couldn't really get a good pic of it all. I know...spoiled! Thanks again, Mom. :0)

That's right! I originally saw this tutorial on Beates blog and thought what a great way to use up some of the 500 coasters I have! This was the project I did this month for my class. This would make a great Christmas or winter Bday gift. And this Stamp It Austrailia paper is perfect! Anyone in the Calgary area can pick up this paper at the Scrapbook Pantry. So...what do
you think? I was planning to use my Bind-it-all, but I did not have the right sized coils for this project and could not get any in time. But I think the ribbon actually gives it a nice 'romantic' feel. Think I will be making some more of these!

This first one is from my friend Catherine. I had sent Catherine a card a few weeks ago and this was what she sent to me! I have seen some of these necklaces on her blog, but now I have one of my own. Although, my girls seem to have stolen it! Thanks again, Catherine. :0)

Next I was tagged by my friend Kim for the E for Excellent award. Thank you so much, Kim...it really means a lot! Especially since I feel as though I have been neglecting my blog lately. ;0) Again, I see that many of my bloggin' friends out there have been award with this honor already...so if you stop by and have not been tagged...consider yourself tagged...I know that was lame...sue me! ;0)
I really do have something to share though...here is a card I did up last week. Not 100% sold on this one...seems to be missing that something. I am thinkin' it is just missing some bling...what do you think?
Well, I think I will call it a night. It has been a pretty crazy day. I actually ended up posting this on another blog by accident today...duh!! Then the girls and I were at the dentist today. This was a first for my girls...I know we are a bit behind on that one. All went pretty well. Elizabeth was good and no cavities...yahoo...but Emily has got a mouth full of teeth and no room at the Inn, plus 3 cavities...boohoo :0( So we will be back 3 more times for the fillings/caps and then looks like she will be looking at some molars being pulled and braces in the future. Then I am back a few more times over the next month too. This dentist is gonna love us over the next few months!! Oh well...gotta be done.
I promise this week to be a better blogger...honest. ;0)
This next one was my January JT Aloha RAK from Melissa. Love this HM card. So cute. And the little creation beside the card? It is a kleenex holder! Very cute! She also included a whole swack of Barbie stamped images, but my girls saw them and well...they were all colored before I could get a pic of them. ;0)
And finally... lookie what I recieved this week from the amazing miss DottieK?? I could not believe my eyes! Not only did I recieve an original DottieK creations ;0) but she included this whole stack of stamped images!! Thank you again, Dottie. You are the best! :0)
I would definitely say I was spoiled! Thanks again ladies! :0)

I just love this sketch from SCS. I will definitely be using this sketch again...although I did move the bottom panel. I love this new SU set. This one is a new Level 3 set in the upcoming 2008 catalogue. I also used an old technique that I love...Dazzling Diamonds. And added more bling and sparkle. Trust me when I say this one is very sparklin'!!
I also wanted to share a few more RAK's that I have received. This first one is from my friend Catherine. I saw this stamp set on her blog one day and HAD to know where she got it. I am a HUGH Tazo Chai lover, so duh!! Well a few weeks ago she sent me an email saying that her LSS had this set again and she picked one up for me...Merry Christmas. And I so love the card too. I saw this one on her blog and thought it was so cute!! Thanks again, Catherine! and hope your little one is doing better!!!

This next one is from one of my fellow Cal-Gals...Shannon. This is a card that Shannon made at our last gathering and I loved it. Trust me it is even more amazing in person! Thanks, Shannon!

And finally this last one is from my friend, Robyn. I think, this maybe one of the first cards that she has actually given me...that she has made. And she will probably freak once she finds out I put her card up here, but...too bad!! It is awesome!! Thanks, Robyn. :0)

Well...that's it for now. This will most likely be my last post until late next week. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a fun and safe New Years. :0)
